Founded by Sophia Lassen, a Gen Z herself and a seasoned expert in luxury brand management, ZO Communication was born out of a passion for the luxury and lifestyle industries. With a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that the digital-native Gen Z presents, Sophia are dedicated to helping brands successfully navigate this ever-changing landscape.
Sophia’s journey began while pursuing her Master's degree in Luxury Brand Management at Regent's University London, where she encountered the challenge of meeting the needs and wants of Generation Z during a project with the prestigious retailer Harrods. This exploration sparked a passion within her to delve deeper into this complex challenge.
Prior to her Master's, Sophia graduated with a BSc in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School. Sophia has also supplemented her knowledge through a series of specialized courses, including the Futures Thinking specialization by the Institute for the Future, a Trend Course offered by Trend Watching, and the Trends & Foresight Masterclass Series presented by The Future Laboratory. This has further refined her skills in trend forecasting, consumer behavior analysis, and strategic planning.
